Processing Time
All confirmed orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the following business day. Pre-order items will ship once they become available in stock.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Timeframes
We partner with trusted carriers, including UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx, to provide reliable delivery.
Standard Shipping (USA):
3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (USA):
2–4 business days
International Shipping (Canada & Mexico):
7–15 business days (may vary depending on customs and local courier services)
Note:
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and remote areas may require additional time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight/size. Free standard shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on qualifying orders (details will be displayed at checkout).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a
shipping confirmation email
with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your package has been dispatched.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by
weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier-related issues.
If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received, please first check with neighbors, building managers, or your local post office. If still unresolved, contact our Customer Support team.
