⏳ How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Pre-order items ship once available.
📦 How long is delivery?
Standard Shipping (USA):
3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (USA):
2–4 business days
Canada & Mexico:
7–15 business days
(Remote areas like Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO may take longer.)
💵 How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available during special promotions.
🔍 Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking number will be emailed once your package ships.
⚠️ What if my package is delayed or lost?
We are not responsible for carrier delays (weather, customs, etc.). If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office, then contact us.
